About the Role

As a Cookie Store Associate, you'll play an important part in the daily operation of our bakery. This is a hands-on position that combines baking, decorating, customer service, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Every shift brings something different, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and staying busy.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare customer purchases accurately, including custom orders.
• Bake, frost, decorate, and package cookies while following company recipes and presentation standards.
• Keep the bakery and front-of-house areas clean, organized, and food-safe throughout the day.
• Complete opening, closing, and daily operational tasks according to established procedures.
• Refill displays, monitor product freshness, and maintain an attractive storefront.
• Follow food safety guidelines and company operating standards at all times.
• Communicate with teammates and manager to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Evening and midday availability is strongly preferred.

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 18.0 per week
