Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare cookie dough according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently to produce consistent results
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure perfect cookies every time
• Package finished products neatly and accurately for sale or delivery
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, baking tools, and equipment throughout your shift
• Follow food safety guidelines and hygiene protocols diligently
• Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredients and supplies needed for daily production
