Duties

• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure high-quality meal service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly
• Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and safety procedures in accordance with health regulations
• Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling when required
• Help with serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring prompt and friendly service
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold sanitation standards
• Contribute to a positive guest experience through excellent communication skills and hospitality service

Experience

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, and basic cooking techniques is advantageous
• Experience with POS systems like Micros POS or cash handling enhances your ability to support smooth service flow
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is essential
