Cook/Kitchen Hand

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing a variety of dishes, maintain high standards of hygiene and food quality, and be able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food quality standards.
• Ensure food is fresh, properly cooked
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and work areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before cooking.
• Assist with food preparation, cutting, chopping, marinating, and portioning.
• Maintain proper storage of food items and ingredients.
• Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage multiple orders during busy periods while maintaining food quality.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if required.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary will be depending on experience and skills.
• Food/accommodation can be provided

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
