• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
• Handle food products safely, minimizing waste and maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during service hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
