Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Cook/Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Your culinary expertise will help create memorable dining experiences, whether in a fine dining setting or high-volume production environment.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, poaching stations, braising pans, and food prep tools efficiently and safely
• Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures meet strict food safety standards to prevent contamination
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation during meal preparation and service
• Participate in food production tasks for catering events or large-scale service, ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes

Schedule

Full-Time hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. This role also requires occasional availability for events (approximately 5 hours per event, varies nights or weekends).

Experience

• 1 year prior kitchen experience working in fine dining establishments or catering environments is required
• Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings, with a focus on high-volume production environments
• Strong culinary skills including knife techniques
• Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices
• Familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
