What they need
RAMEN HOUSE SHINCHAN is hiring for PREP/LINE COOK positions!
We are looking for individuals interested in working in a exciting environment with unique ingredients to create great flavors from Japan!
The PREP/LINE COOK position will be responsible for general prep of our ingredients, restocking of food items, maintaining general cleanliness in the work area, and handling service duties to prepare dishes on order.
TASKS
-preparing dishes and sauces on order to meet standardized recipes.
-inspects and verifies the quality and quantity of product served to guests.
-ensure food is prepared in a safe manner meeting quality standards set by the restaurant.
maintain consistency across all dishes served during service periods.
assist with cleanup of the kitchen area and station.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
be able to move within the kitchen accordingly.
be able to lift/move/store food and supplies.
use kitchen equipment safely.
assess food inventory in an appropriate manner.
NO PRIOR QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
