Cook/Prep

• Preparing food and meals on large scales for banquets and events.
• Executing tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
• Ensuring the kitchen is upkept in a clean and food safe manner.
• Ensuring proper hygiene is upkept.
• Helping the team with tasks and daily duties.
• Reading from a prep list and understanding banquet event orders (BEO's).
• Able to stand and work for long periods at a time.
• Must have flexible hours, as a lot of work is on weekends.
• Retain recipes and execute daily.
• Communicating with the Chef and Assistant KM effectively.
• Must be able to lift over 50lbs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
