Cook/Prep/Foh

• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils
• Clean and sanitize food preparation work stations
• Assist in the food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients
• Follow all food health and safety requirements
• Assist with the unloading of deliveries and their proper storage
• Communicate kitchen needs to supervisors
• Interact with customers as needed

Responsibilities:

• Prep and cook food properly and consistently
• Keep kitchen clean throughout shift
• Restock inventory and notify management when items are low
• Help with closing and cleaning duties
• Work together with the team to keep ticket times moving
• Maintain quality and presentation of food

Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.

Pay depends on experience.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
