About the Role:

Bob House And Reel N Tavern is looking for talented and passionate Cooks to join our kitchen team in Moultonborough, NH! If you love a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you. Come be part of a team that takes pride in great food and great hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order execution
• Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management
• Assist with prep work including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Adapt to varying station assignments including grill, salad/sandwich, fry, sauté, or prep as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or in a commercial kitchen preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
