Duties

• Prepare a variety of menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and food safety standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, poaching stations, braising pans, and food production machinery safely and efficiently
• Assist in menu planning and meal preparation for high-volume service periods
• Serve food to guests with professionalism and excellent customer service skills
• Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing kitchen surfaces and dishware following food safety procedures
• Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times
• Support catering events by assisting with setup, serving, and cleanup tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in dietary aide roles or the food industry is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures
• Proficiency in food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and knife skills
• Experience with food handling, meal preparation, and operating kitchen equipment
• Familiarity with menu planning and recipe adherence in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in high-volume production settings while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members
