Position

We are looking to fill cook positions on our culinary team.

Cook: Prepare and execute diverse menu items with precision and speed. You will manage your station, enforce strict food safety and sanitation standards, and consistently deliver outstanding culinary quality during heavy event rushes.

What You Bring

• Previous high-volume kitchen or banquet cooking experience
• Thorough knowledge of food preparation, knife skills, and culinary techniques
• Current ServSafe or equivalent state-approved food handler certification
• The ability to work incredibly efficiently and maintain a positive attitude under pressure in an intense, fast-paced kitchen environment
• A highly professional work ethic and a team-first mindset
