Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cook to prepare fresh, tasty, and well-presented meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook daily meals according to the required menu.
• Ensure meals are properly portioned, cooked, and presented.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Properly store food items and ingredients.
• Monitor ingredient usage and communicate when supplies need replenishment.
• Maintain good hygiene and safe food-handling practices.
• Keep kitchen equipment and work surfaces clean.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation when required.
• Minimize food waste through proper preparation and storage.
• Follow instructions and maintain consistent food quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar food preparation role.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to prepare a variety of meals.
• Good hygiene and food-handling practices.
• Ability to keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation

• Salary: ₦90,000 per month
• Full-time position in Surulere, Lagos.
