Duties

• Prepare a variety of menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and food safety standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, poaching kettles, braising pans, and food processors efficiently and safely
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas following sanitizing procedures
• Serve food promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring an outstanding dining experience
• Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques and maintaining hygiene standards

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in high-volume production settings
• Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with menu planning, recipe adherence, and food industry standards
• Excellent food handling skills with an understanding of dietary requirements and special diets
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $16.94 - $17.94 per hour
