What will you be doing here?

Coordenador de IBP analítico, estratégico e com forte habilidade de articulação entre áreas. Maestro do nosso processo de Planejamento de Negócios Integrado, garantindo o alinhamento pleno entre as estratégias de Vendas, Marketing, Operações/Supply Chain e Finanças LATAM. O objetivo principal é traduzir a demanda de mercado e as capacidades operacionais em um plano financeiro único e viável para o negócio.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Principais Responsabilidades

• Liderança das Etapas do IBP: Coordenar e estruturar os ciclos mensais das reuniões e rituais do IBP (Revisão de Demanda, Revisão de Fornecimento/Supply, Reconciliação Integrada e Reunião Executiva/Pre-MBR/MBR).

• Consenso e Colaboração: Promover o alinhamento e arbitragem de conflitos entre as visões comercial (previsão de vendas), industrial (capacidade de produção/estoque) e financeira (orçamento/DRE).

• Análise de Cenários e Riscos: Desenvolver e apresentar cenários de simulação (What-if) considerando flutuações de mercado, gargalos logísticos e impactos de margem para suportar a tomada de decisão da diretoria.

• Gestão de Indicadores (KPIs): Monitorar e auditar indicadores-chave de desempenho do processo.

• Melhoria Contínua: Implementar e evoluir sistemas de suporte e ferramentas tecnológicas para automação de dados e projeções estatísticas da área.
