COORDINATION INTERN

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Coordination Intern to support day-to-day coordination between internal teams, candidates, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable with follow-ups, and have a proactive approach to handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day operational requirements.
• Follow up with candidates, employees, and stakeholders for required updates.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and other activities.
• Maintain trackers, records, and daily reports.
• Ensure timely communication and smooth information flow between teams.
• Assist the team with administrative and coordination-related tasks.
• Support other operational activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing graduation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
