What they need
Take charge of all coordination works mainly on SWCs from design to site installation work.
Organise meeting with SWCs and clients/LTA to deconflicts all the crashes with civil, structural, architectural designer.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from recognised university.
Minimum 8 years of experience in managing interface of design and construction of LTA MRT project and with full understanding of design and approval process as well as TFP/TOP process.
CES_SDC
possess the highest CW01 A1 grading in General Building and Civil Engineering, as well as the highest L6 grading in Electrical Engineering and Integrated Building Services from Building and Construction Authority which allows it to tender for public sector projects of unlimited contract value.
