COORDINATOR - ACCOUNTING

Requirements:

• Minimum education S1 Accounting
• Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting (especially in Investment Property)
• Able to communicate well
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Have a good understanding of accounting
• Preferably have worked as auditor in a public accounting firm

Job Description:

• Review and correct daily journal entries prepared by staff to ensure alignment with recorded values and postings.
• Review land purchase data and reconcile it within Excel.
• Ensure that the systems and technologies in use meet departmental needs and maximize operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Review sub-ledgers—such as accounts receivable, miscellaneous payables, advances, etc.—to ensure the completeness of financial statement data.
• Review fixed assets for depreciation reporting in accordance with standards.
