Job description

• Introduce XGEN Global Solutions Inc. and explain the purpose of the AI data collection project to venue owners, managers, or authorized representatives.

Visit potential cooperation locations, including:

• Residential houses and apartments
• Offices
• Warehouses
• Retail stores and convenience stores
• Restaurants and cafés
• Hotels
• Schools and training centers
• Fitness centers
• Community public areas
• Non-clinical healthcare public areas
• Explain the cooperation model clearly: the venue mainly provides a suitable data collection environment and available time slots, without affecting normal business operations.
• Collect accurate venue information, including business name, address, Google Maps location, contact person, phone number, business hours, available cooperation time, venue type, and cooperation interest.
• Take clear photos of the venue exterior, entrance, signboard, and relevant available areas.
• Identify whether the venue is suitable for short-term or long-term cooperation.
• Discuss initial cooperation availability and possible cooperation fees with venue owners or managers.
• Submit daily field reports, survey forms, photos, and location details according to company requirements.
• Follow up with interested venues and assist the company in arranging second meetings or cooperation confirmation.
• Achieve daily and weekly field development targets.

Job summary
This is a field-based role suitable for candidates with experience in sales,business development, field marketing, or local community outreach.
