Summary Section

Responsible for maintaining engineering documentation files consisting of technical data, engineering and supplier drawings, technical specifications and other project-required documents. Updates and maintains document record keeping system. Prepares transmittals and distributes data as directed.

Has responsibility for day-to-day contact and communication with the engineering team and focuses on providing necessary support.

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for all phases of planning of all engineering management including work hours tracking, forecasting etc. Responsibilities include project control sheet update, resource planning and travel management.

Responsibilities:

• Adherence to KBR Zero Harm 24 x 7 and HSSE standards
• Processing of all types of Documents.
• Filing and organization of documents.
• Managing internal engineering management sheets.
• Forecasting work hours and maintain progress records.
• Travel and resource planning.
• Should be able to handle multiple projects and flexible to work in different time zones

Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, Skills:

• Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree.
• Skills in MS Office tools like excel, PowerPoint and word. Advanced level skills in MS Word and MS Excel is preferred.
