Coordinator

Branch Visit - Conduct regular branch visits to Wildflour Baguio only to monitor HR-related concerns and provide necessary support.


Timekeeping Management - Handle and monitor timekeeping concerns, attendance records, and related timekeeping activities for Wildflour Baguio only.


Employee Onboarding - Facilitate and assist with the onboarding process of newly hired employees assigned to Wildflour Baguio only.


Recruitment Support - Assist in conducting face-to-face interviews and other recruitment-related activities as required.


Employee Relations and Disciplinary Actions - Serve and facilitate the issuance of necessary disciplinary action notices to employees assigned to Wildflour Baguio only, in coordination with the HR Department.


Other Related Duties - Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time, provided that such duties are HR-related and specifically intended for or in support of Wildflour Baguio only.
