Resource Transition – Bake Mix & Solution Division

Location: UAE

Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating resources, documentation, and daily activities to ensure smooth operations and resource transitions within the division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate resource allocation and operational activities.
• Coordinate and communicate with UAE and KSA teams regarding schedules, requirements, and resource transitions.
• Liaise with production, sales, logistics, warehouse, and other departments.
• Maintain employee, resource, and operational records.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and required documentation.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and provide updates to management.
• Support smooth resource and employee transitions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in coordination, administration, or operations.
• Food, bakery, FMCG, or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
