Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?

You’ll ensure all units are accurately claimed and apply any necessary DFE’s with precision. You’ll upload essential documents to our systems, address any issues by collaborating with teams, and resolve invoice queries efficiently. Additionally, you’ll liaise with third parties to remove barriers and keep workflows running smoothly, supporting seamless project delivery at every step.

You’ll offer strong IT skills and systems know-how, alongside proven success managing third parties and handling invoices. Your standout interpersonal skills help you build effective relationships across teams and partners. Adept at uniting people and processes for optimum results, your proactive, collaborative approach ensures efficiency and drives team performance.
