As we continue to expand, The Xi Group is hiring a Full-Time Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and proactive individual who is eager to grow with us and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

About the role

As a Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring our clinics operate efficiently while providing exceptional patient experiences.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcome and register patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic appointment system.
• Handle patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Assist TCM practitioners during consultations and treatments when required.
• Process patient registrations, payments, receipts, and daily cash transactions.
• Dispense herbal medicine and healthcare products according to clinic procedures (training provided).
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception and treatment areas.
• Support health talks, promotional activities, and community events when required.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive patient experience at every visit.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Diploma in Healthcare, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields is an advantage.

Experience

• Experience in customer service, clinic operations, retail, hospitality, or healthcare is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without clinic experience are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.
