Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for their assigned salesperson, supporting the sales process from estimating and ordering through receiving and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales and Estimating to prepare quotes and estimates from plans and material lists.
• Prepare quotes directly for material lists that do not require estimating.
• Place orders as directed by Sales and track order status, ETAs, and shipping schedules.
• Monitor incoming orders and assist Operations and the Warehouse Manager with receiving questions or discrepancies.
• Regularly inspect special orders with the Warehouse Manager to verify accuracy and ensure materials have been received as expected.
• Coordinate with Sales and Dispatch to schedule customer deliveries once orders are complete.
• Monitor inventory related to assigned orders, identify potential shortages, and assist with replenishment as needed.
• Maintain communication between Sales, Estimating, Operations, Warehouse, and Dispatch to keep orders moving efficiently from quote through delivery.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Building Materials: 1 year (Preferred)
