Job title: Coordinator

Reporting to: Home-Visiting Manager

Location: Covering Pendle, Burnley, Ribble Valley, Hyndburn and Rossendale

Pendle and Rossendale with an office base in Nelson. The

expectation is that you will be able to work from the

office, directly with families in their own homes, or in the

community according to your agreed working pattern and

service needs.

Hours: 24 hours per week

Salary: £26, 411 pro rata

Closing Date: Friday 16th October 2026 5pm

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work directly with fathers and male caregivers, helping them build positive

relationships with their children and access the support they need. Working in partnership with local maternity services and

hospitals, the project will engage fathers through hospital outreach, peer support, workshops and one-to-one support, addressing

the growing need for dedicated support for dads who often feel excluded from perinatal services. The successful candidate will

engage with families in community settings, develop partnerships with local services and help ensure that dads feel included and

supported during pregnancy the early years of parenting.
