Coordinator

1. OT Scheduling & Coordination

• Plan and schedule surgeries in coordination with surgeons and departments
• Ensure availability of operation theater, staff, and equipment
• Manage emergency and elective case scheduling

2. Team Coordination

• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and OT technicians
• Ensure all team members are informed about surgery timings and requirements
• Act as a communication link between departments

3. Resource & Equipment Management

• Ensure availability of surgical instruments, consumables, and equipment
• Coordinate with the sterile supply department for instrument readiness
• Monitor maintenance and functioning of OT equipment

4. Patient Coordination

• Verify patient details, consent forms, and pre-operative preparation
• Ensure timely transfer of patients to and from OT
• Coordinate with wards, ICU, and recovery units

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain OT records, surgery logs, and reports
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and infection control protocols
• Monitor sterilization and safety standards

6. Quality & Safety Management

• Ensure a sterile and safe environment in the OT
• Address any operational issues or delays promptly
• Support audits and quality improvement initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
