COORDINATOR - CUSTOMER CARE & TENANT RELATIONS

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Tenant Relations, Hospitality, or a related position, preferably in the property, mall, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Good understanding of customer service, tenant relations, complaint handling, and customer relationship management.
• Able to handle and resolve customer and tenant complaints, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure proper follow-up in accordance with service standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, service-oriented, and able to build and maintain good relationships with customers and tenants.

Job Description:

• Supervise and ensure customer care and tenant relations services are carried out in accordance with established service standards.
• Handle and follow up on customer and tenant complaints, feedback, and needs, ensuring effective resolution.
• Coordinate the resolution of customer and tenant issues with relevant departments and monitor the follow-up process.
• Build and maintain good relationships with tenants and conduct regular communication to ensure their needs and satisfaction are properly addressed.
• Monitor customer and tenant feedback, prepare service reports, and conduct evaluations to improve the quality of the customer experience.G
