- Manage the life cycle of client one-time-buy items by following up with distributors to support on-time delivery, communicating item arrival to the sales department, tracking store-level item flow, and identifying stores that are not meeting assigned quotas.
- Communicate phased-out items to distributors and track inventory through completion; provide updates to Business Managers and the sales force, identify disposal stores, and help minimize client liability.
- Manage inventory for date-sensitive items to help minimize price reductions; report code date concerns to Business Managers and the sales force.
- Communicate dead stock concerns at distributor locations to Business Managers and the sales force.
- Assist Business Managers with resolving pricing discrepancies between distributors and clients.
- Partner with Business Managers and the sales force to coordinate ordering plans for large promotions.
