What they need

Make a difference where it matters most.

Parkerville are expanding our Early intervention and Prevention services across Midland and Armadale areas, and we are looking for passionate Coordinators to join on a full and part-time basis.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families across our community, from those who just need a helping hand to those navigating more complex circumstances. You'll play an important role in bringing people together and coordinating supports. Working with children and their families at every stage, including those facing additional challenges, you'll help them build on their strengths and connect with the services they need to thrive.

About the Role

As a Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the program - supporting your team, building strong relationships with families and working alongside a range of professionals and services.

You’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of the program, provide leadership to staff and help ensure children and families receive safe, high-quality and personalised support. No two days will be the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while helping your team grow and succeed.

About You

You’re someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and making things happen. You’ll have experience and a relevant qualification in community services, early childhood, youth work or a related field, along with experience supporting or leading a team.

Most importantly, you’ll bring a genuine commitment to children, families and child safety, along with strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Why Parkerville?

Join a collaborative, purpose-driven team where your work has real impact. Enjoy access to our on-site gym in Midland, ongoing learning and development, and a supportive culture that values your growth, wellbeing and contribution.

Apply with your resume and cover letter by 28 September 2026. We’ll be reviewing applications as they arrive, so don’t wait to apply!

If you would like to have a chat regarding this role, please contact Karen Barker on – [email protected]

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and strongly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply. All appointments are subject to relevant screening checks.

It is essential that all applicants meet the above criteria and are permitted to work and remain in Australia with no limitations.
