COORDINATOR - EVENT & PROMOTION (MAKASSAR)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Event, Promotion, Marketing, or a related role, preferably within the property, mall, retail, or lifestyle industry.
• Good understanding of event planning, event execution, promotional activities, campaign management, and vendor management.
• Able to develop event and promotional concepts, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with vendors, agencies, tenants, sponsors, and relevant parties.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills; creative, proactive, and able to work effectively under targets and deadlines.

Job Description:

• Develop event and promotional concepts and strategies to support company campaigns and business targets.
• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of events and promotional activities, from planning and preparation through implementation.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, tenants, sponsors, and relevant parties to fulfill event and promotional requirements.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all event and promotional activities are carried out according to plan and established standards.
• Monitor and evaluate event and promotional activities, and prepare reports on the results and achievements of each activity
