COORDINATOR - HR & GA (MAKASSAR)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, General Affairs, or a related role. Previous supervisory experience will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, BPJS, employment regulations, and general affairs.
• Able to coordinate HR & GA activities, including employee administration, recruitment, employee services, facility management, and office operational requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of employee data and documents.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and ensure HR & GA operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise employee administration, including personnel data and documents, attendance, leave, BPJS, and other administrative requirements.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee services, and other HR activities according to company needs.
• Supervise General Affairs activities, including facility management, office operational requirements, vendor management, and employee needs.
• Prepare HR & GA reports, monitor the implementation of activities, and ensure employee and company operational needs are properly fulfilled.
