We are looking for a highly skilled IT coordinator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with industry standards. This role involves leading IT support teams, efficiently resolving technical issues and maintaining IT compliance, licensing, and security. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in virtualization, networking, server management, and IT security, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the IT support team, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT team.
• Oversee IT service requests, troubleshooting, and escalation processes to maintain operational efficiency.
• Manage software licensing, and assignment, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain IT inventory, ensuring optimal utilization of hardware and software resources.
• Oversee vendor coordination for IT purchases, maintenance, and support services.
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies, including firewall configurations and endpoint protection.

Technical Expertise (Mandatory Skills):

Virtualization Server Management:

• Hands-on experience with Nutanix: Virtualization, Cluster setup, Replication, VM creation, Snapshots, and Backups.
• Proficiency in Windows Server Management, including Active Directory (PDC DBC), Group Policies, Terminal Server, DHCP, and Print Servers.

Cloud Office 365 Administration:

• Expert knowledge of Office 365 Suite, Exchange, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience managing cloud backups, Veeam backup solutions, and file server backups.

Networking Security:

• Configure and manage Switches, VLANs, LAN/WAN setup, and network cabling.
• Proficiency in configuring Access Points, Firewalls, and Security Policies.
• Strong understanding of WAN link management and endpoint protection.

Hardware System Administration:

• Hands-on troubleshooting of Servers, Desktops, and Laptops.
• Manage VC setup, ticketing systems (ManageEngine), and IT MIS reporting.

System Administration

• Windows Server 2016, 2022 ,2025 , IIS Server , File Server , print server , DHCP server , DNS Server , Remote Desktop server , license server, Active Directory - PDC and BDC
• Active Directory- OU and Policy s
• Ticketing tool: Any Ticketing tool based on ITIL Processes like the Manage engine.

Qualifications Skills:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 6-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure,
• Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft, Nutanix, VMware, Cisco, ITIL, or relevant industry certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex IT challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
