🚀 What will you be doing?

You'll be at the heart of our Kalgoorlie operations, keeping things moving, supporting your team and creating great experiences for our customers and community partners.

Your days will include:

• Leading and inspiring your team: Create a positive, supportive workplace where people feel valued, included and motivated to do their best.
• Building brilliant relationships: Connect with NDIS customers, families, local schools, businesses and community partners, including the City of Kalgoorlie.
• Keeping operations on track: Coordinate daily activities, site administration, purchasing, invoicing and service delivery.
• Making every customer experience count: Support customer onboarding, maintain accurate records and help ensure quality services.
• Growing community connections: Strengthen existing partnerships and identify opportunities to expand our local impact.
• Championing safety and quality: Promote safe work practices, maintain compliance and look for ways to keep improving what we do.

✅ What you'll need

As part of our commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment, successful applicants will be required to hold or obtain:

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Working with Children Check (WWC)
• Current First Aid Certificate

These are essential requirements of the role and must be maintained throughout employment.
