Work Schedule and Other Information Must be able to work occasional holidays, weekends, and overtime as necessary. Brief Description Under broad guidance, the Lab Administrative Coordinator is responsible for working in a self-directive manner to provide high-level administrative support to Laboratory Division and to perform data management functions for laboratory generated data in support of HRSD treatment plants, regulatory programs and special projects. Education

Required

• High school diploma or GED diploma

Desired

• Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
• Completion of science college courses or specialized training

Experience

Required

• Three (3) years’ of increasingly responsible administrative, data entry, and/or clerical office experience
• Excellent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications

Desired

• Knowledge of chemical, biological, and environmental terms relating to wastewater monitoring

Licenses and Certifications Requirements

• Valid driver’s license from state of residence
