Coordinator - Logistics / Warehouse

The Coordinator - Logistics/Warehouse is responsible to maintain an efficient warehousing, distribution and inventory system by providing efficient backend support through systematic tracking of outgoing orders, documents preparation/ tracking/ sourcing of both import & export shipments and recovery of delivery tickets to attain customer satisfaction and company objectives.

This position will report to the Manager - Warehouse and based at Tuas, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Handle all import and export shipment requests by liaising with shipping service providers upon receipt of Shipment Information (SI).
• Recording all import & export shipments for GST purposes.
• Support creation of documentations for outgoing orders.
• Closely monitor all sea-stocks loading requests upon receipt Vessel Information (VI) to ensure successful supply.
• Maintain Wanted Date in IFS system to ensure smooth supply & efficient inventory management.
• Liaise and coordinate with agents for recovery of signed delivery tickets (DT) for billing purposes.
• Coordinate with warehouse staffs on IFS system tasks and completion.
• KPM inventory control and monthly reporting.
• Safety stock review, monitoring, forecast and ordering of Tinters and Traded Goods.
• Monitor expiring stock inventory, control & follow-up revalidation with laboratory and/or sales to prevent aging and liaise with team leaders on relabeling arrangements.
• Administrative duties in support of Operations (Logistics) department.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level/ A-Level with 4 to 6 years of import and export experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
