COORDINATOR - MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, with a preference for Management, Marketing, Business, or Communication Studies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with proven team leadership experience.
• Accustomed to working under strict sales targets and highly self-motivated.
• Ability to direct, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the marketing executive team.

Job Description:

• Achieve sales targets based on the number of sales marketing personnel engaged in both conventional and digital channels.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and other activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing plans, including budget allocation, target market, and campaign objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency and marketing messages in the materials produced.
• Ensure that all marketing and promotional practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and business ethics.
• Monitor the progress of marketing plans.
