Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the execution of smart meter projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external stakeholders, and project partners, facilitating communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, tracking progress and identifying potential risks or issues proactively.
• Organize and lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews, to ensure alignment and accountability among team members.
• Coordinate resource allocation and task assignments for project team members, including technicians, engineers, and subcontractors, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project expenses and budget allocations, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and constraints.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to procure necessary equipment, materials, and resources for project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and availability.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies, identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure project success.
