Coordinator PTW

1. Coordinate all PTW activities during Hook-Up and Commissioning phases.
2. Verify PTWs, isolations, risk assessments and supporting documentation before submission.
3. Coordinate PTW activities with HSE, commissioning, construction and other project disciplines.
4. Audit permits, isolations, confined space entry and gas-test compliance.
5. Support PTW coordination and SIMOPS daily meetings.
6. Ensure timely submission and closure of PTWs in line with project procedures and commissioning schedules.
7. Coordinate PTW activities to identify and mitigate potential SIMOPS and work-party clashes.
8. Liaise with EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors on PTW-related matters.
9. Prepare daily and weekly PTW reports.
10. Support PTW planning, workflow sequencing and system/subsystem handover activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar Permit Coordinator/PTW Coordinator role.
3. Minimum 5 years’ experience with field equipment in Oil & Gas processing, petrochemical, construction yard or shipyard environments.
4. Strong knowledge of PTW procedures, permit execution, isolation design, confined space entry and gas-test protocols.
5. Experience in commissioning PTW coordination, completions walkdowns and PSSR.
6. Proven PTW Coordinator experience on large EPC projects.
7. Experience with onshore/offshore Oil & Gas projects, including greenfield and brownfield environments.
8. Experience in onshore/offshore construction, hook-up and commissioning.
9. International project experience with Tier-1 EPC contractors is required.
10. Strong knowledge of project completions, systemization, commissioning procedures and site method statements.
11. Excellent English communication skills.
