• Ensure sample handling and report generation are carried out accurately as per SOPs, methods, and client requirements.
• Maintain clients’ agreed TAT (Turnaround Time) for all test results.
• Prepare for all types of audits, both internal and external.
• Receive and record complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the QA team and update records in alignment with the Quality Policy.
• Organize and monitor training, quality checks, and staff productivity.
• Check and sign off on test reports to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years
• Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
• Skills: quality assurance, quality control procedures, quality control, quality management, quality assurance tools, quality assurance methodologies, knowledge of quality control
