About the role

This role involves coordinating daily warehouse operations, monitoring team activities, managing documentation, supervising field teams, and ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute daily work tasks to warehousemen according to Supervisor direction
• Ensure team executes inbound, putaway, picking, and outbound processes according to SOP
• Act as first point of contact for operational issues in the field
• Monitor daily progress (received, putaway, picking, loading)
• Report work status, issues, and daily results to Supervisor
• Assist in ensuring daily targets are achieved
• Support verification of inbound/outbound documents
• Ensure WMS/RF data updates are completed correctly by team
• Report stock discrepancies or input errors
• Guide new warehousemen on work procedures and equipment use
• Remind team of 5R and K3 (workplace safety) compliance
• Ensure team uses PPE in the field
• Oversee work area tidiness to meet company standards
• Address minor violations before escalating to Supervisor

About you

• S1 education
• Minimum 2–3 years work experience in warehouse/logistics
• Experience in team coordination and understanding of warehouse operational flow (inbound, putaway, picking, outbound)
• Understanding of warehouse SOP and FIFO/FEFO principles
• Able to operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Understanding of basic inventory control and stock management
• Knowledge of 5R/5S and K3 (Occupational Safety and Health)
• Communication and cross-departmental coordination skills (Ops, Transport, Inventory, CS)
