Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Engineer (Copier) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing photocopiers, multifunction printers (MFPs), and related office equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission Colour & Monochrome multifunction printers (Sharp & Fujifilm).
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing at customer site.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and technical faults.
• Attend customer service calls and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Maintain accurate service reports and records.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and service equipment.
• Keep up to date with new copier models, technologies, and service procedures.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Experience in copier, printer, MFP, or office equipment servicing is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

• OJT training will be provided.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and customer-service skills.

• Able to work under pressure and meet service deadlines.

• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel to customer locations.

• Must have own transport-CAR.
