Copier Service Technician

Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot/Repair Copiers/Printers

· Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures

· Install and maintain equipment

· Provide customer support both in the field and on the phone.

Qualifications:

· Knowledge of Electronics

· Strong Mechanical Aptitude

· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Strong customer service skills

· Clean DMV record

· Own reliable vehicle (we pay mileage)

Will train individuals with service experience from other fields i.e. HVAC, Appliance Repair, Automotive
