Copier Service Technician

We provide great base salary, company car with gas & repair card and benefits along with Training and support. We are looking for an experienced technician, but we are willing to train.

Position:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Copier Service Technician with at least 2 years of experience in the copier industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality technical support for copiers & printers at our customers.
• Troubleshoot & repair office equipment-Copiers & printers
• Communicate with customers to confirm satisfaction.
• Ability to drive to customer sites within assigned territory, track inventory and keep customers informed on scheduling.
• Log service visits and document updates for each customer.
• Collaborate with sales team to help resolve customer issues.
• Maintain Technical knowledge on all products.

Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Copier Service Technician experience.
• Exceptional mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain concepts in simple terms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management & organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
