What they need
Troubleshooting and solve technical problem of RICOH copier machine to ensure maximum customer satisfaction (Trouble-shoot, repair & maintenance of multifunction copiers at customer premises)
Provide service and parts replacement for the customers.
Responsible to perform maintenance & service tasks for customer in assigned territory
REQUIREMENT
Good attitude, attendance, punctual & responsibility.
Good interpersonal skill with all levels of people.
Knowledge of IT/Networking (Advantage)
Follow instruction and possess positive attitude towards the job.
Fresh graduate, non-experience or experienced are welcome.
