Copilot Administrator

12 Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Copilot Administrator to support a major enterprise Microsoft environment for a Texas government organization.

This role will focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot administration, enterprise AI services, Microsoft Graph integrations, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, service governance, and advanced troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI services
• Manage licensing, configuration, service health, feature enablement, and release management
• Troubleshoot complex Copilot issues involving Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, permissions, agents, connectors, and integrations
• Support AI governance initiatives, pilot programs, and production deployments
• Monitor adoption metrics, service analytics, and operational reporting
• Partner with Security, IAM, and Architecture teams to support enterprise integrations and access controls

Required Experience

• 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment
• Experience providing advanced administration, engineering, or Level 3 support
• 2+ years working with Microsoft cloud automation, AI services, Power Platform, Copilot technologies, or enterprise integrations
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365 Copilot
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft Graph
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Power Platform
• Copilot Studio
• Identity, permissions, and integration troubleshooting
• ITIL service management practices

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administration
• Copilot Studio and AI Agent development
• Microsoft Graph integrations
• Power Platform Administration
• Microsoft Copilot or AI certifications
• ITIL certification
• Azure Foundry experience
