Copilot Studio AI Developer

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with proven front‑end and back‑end delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Microsoft AI certifications (e.g., AI‑102, AI‑900, AB‑620) and M365 Copilot credentials (e.g., AB‑900, MS4022).
• Hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure AI services.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, adaptive card authoring, and dialog flow design for LLM‑based solutions.
• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems via custom connectors, plugins, and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps/ALM practices for Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to convey technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile development frameworks and collaborative team environments.

Education and Certification:

Required:

(a) First-level university degree in Information Technology; Computer Science, Mathematics; or other relevant fields.

(a) Microsoft AI certifications, such as AB-620 AI Agent Builder Associate Certification, AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate) or AI-900 (Azure AI Fundamentals)

(b) M365 Copilot credentials, such as AB-900 Copilot and Agent

Administration Fundamentals, MS4022 Extend Microsoft 365 Copilot in Copilot Studio, etc.
