Copy & Print Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Print & Marketing Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our copy and print center, helping small business owners, students, and local customers with everything from high-volume copying and binding to custom banners and graphic design tweaks.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Greet customers, assess their printing needs, provide accurate price quotes, and take orders in person or over the phone.
• Production & Finishing: Operate digital print machines, wide-format poster printers, laminators, binders, and paper cutters to produce high-quality finishes.
• Design & File Prep: Review customer digital files (PDFs, JPEGs, etc.) for print readiness and perform basic layout edits or troubleshooting using design software.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous retail, customer service, or copy/print center experience is highly preferred.
• Tech-Savvy Skills: Comfort operating basic computers and printing equipment. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva is a huge plus!
• Attention to Detail: Ability to double-check spelling, layout alignment, and print counts to ensure perfection on every order.
• Flexibility: Available to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings depending on store needs.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week

Experience:

• Print shop: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
