Join Apparat Gaming, the iGaming content provider with a German accent, as Game Animator and create engaging animations that give our products unique character.

Here at Apparat, we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated artist who has a passion for slot games and a lot of awesome ideas for visual concepts. As a Game Animator, you will be responsible for building a portfolio of world-class iGaming products by designing high-quality and gameplay related animations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and animate characters, items, environments, and FX in different styles
• Bring characters, effects, and ambient effects into life
• Work closely with illustrators to identify needs for asset organization for animations
• Work closely with programmers to achieve the best possible animations within the technology we use
• Apply your knowledge of optimization techniques to meet memory limitations
• Work closely with different departments, provide feedback when needed
• Revise animations together with the Product Owners
• Work with the team to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Portfolio of animations
• Excellent skills in 2D animation, 3D animation experience is a plus
• Experience with producing animations in a variety of styles
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Spine
• Strong visual design skills and creativity, ability to take initiative
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Flexibility and availability to work with tight deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Ability to communicate in English
• Experience in the iGaming industry and knowledge about the game development cycle is a plus
