• Ideate, conceptualize, and build strategically sound, standout work
• Align creative thinking with brand strategy to craft compelling narratives
• Write with clarity, craft, and purpose—across formats and platforms
• Ensure all work meets both the brand tone and the brief while pushing for innovation and fresh perspectives
• Own and present creative work to clients—championing the idea, defending the story, and refining with purpose
• Mentor junior writers, helping them push boundaries and sharpen their skills
• Keep an eye on what's trending and what’s next—infusing your teams' work with cultural relevance

The Skills That Seal the Deal

• 4–6 years of hands-on copywriting experience, with a portfolio that spans digital, video, social, branded content, and campaign work
• Leverage GenAI tools (like GPT-4o, Cluade, Meta AI etc.) to brainstorm, refine, and accelerate copy development—ensuring faster turnarounds without compromising on creativity
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to execution while juggling timelines and creative standards
• Strong client-facing skills, you can present work with clarity and passion, and handle feedback like a pro
• A mentor mindset, you thrive on guiding younger creatives and nurturing their growth
• Strategic sharpness, you don’t just write words; you shape narratives that move people and brands
